Hi there, I'm new to the board and to scuba (!) Anyway, I'm putting together the begininnings of my kit and back when i snorkeled a lot I was always partial to Cressi equipment. I want full foot fins and have my eye on the Cressi Pro Stars. Will these be ok for scuba or will I find them wanting? Thanks for any input.

you may want to consider open heel fins for more power, unless you are diving off a boat in easy tropical waters, you may find your feet a bit cold and lack power to push u through currents.

maybe mares avanti? jet fins? oms slip steam ... or the new dive rite fins? are a better choice
