Did anyone claim that pre-Darwin scientists who attested to being christians did not contribute valuable science?

The question that should have popped into your mind when you saw that, is why aren't the DaVinci's and Newton's of this era creationists? Does that bother you in the least bit?

Pythagoras probably believed that earth sprang out of Zeus's armpit and it doesn't discredit the Pythagorean theorem at all. It was a common belief in his time.

Listing all of these people born in a time when non-christians were subject persecution reminds me of something someone once said of Isaac Newton.

I'm sure that all of those notables, if they had the data then that we have now, would see things quite differently. I mean, most of them would today be members of the Royal Academy or the National Academy of Sciences, and both these groups have gone on the record that you are crazy as a March hare.

But you still are dancing about and have not answered my single simple question. Just one example where religion was right and science was wrong.
