Has any body used Deep Blue and /or Eagle Ray divers and have any comments on them. Alshow is shore diving from Chankanab Park??

I dunno about Deep Blue and /or Eagle Ray, but I've done the shore dive at Chankanaab. There's some stuff worth seeing there.

There is a cavern that goes 'way back under the island where you can go into the "foyer" in daylight and swim with the tarpon under the halocline. It's near the south end of the park. There's tons of shallow reef that you can poke around and see morays, lobster, crabs, anemones, etc. It's so shallow that you can easily get 2 hours of bottom time on an AL80, and there's usually no current.

You have to pay US$8 (IIRC) to get in.
