For the LOBs it merely delays the cash flow hits to when the vouchers are being redeemed. The LOBs may not be around in a year.

i can see a number of "pre-packaged" bankruptcies happening, with asset sales of the boats to remove the accumulated voucher liabilities and starting afresh.

I heard from my source that Aggressor is only offering vouchers for trips they decide to cancel. Every other situation is handled per their existing cancellation policy.
Just got word today that my June 20 T&C Aggressor trip has been cancelled and I will be receiving a voucher good for 1 year.

I did hear from Liveaboard.com in response to my email to them about getting a full refund on my trip to Tubbataha. They said the refund policy is set by the boats and not them (which I knew) but they would contact All Star Liveaboards (out of Florida) the owner of the Stella Maris and ask them if they'll grant me a full refund because of the special circumstances surrounding Covid19 and especially the quarantine of Manila for 30 days or maybe even longer. Will cross my fingers and hope for the best but won't hold my breath.
Hi. I had a similar situation with a liveaboard in Tubbataha reefs in march 2020, we paid the full trip with the Dolphin in advance and they didn’t give us back nothing. Not even answering our emails. How did it turn out to you?
