Course progression to Instructor

I do not want to start any flame or war here. Bottomline, my goal is to be certified as an instructor in both PADI and NAUI.

At the moment, I am at a cross road and need advice. I do not want to post my questions in public (may not be politically correct) and it might end up in a different direction. As such, I am requesting PADI's and NAUI's course directors and/or instructors to PM me so I can ask my questions in private. I do want to hear what each one might have to say.
