Any one know what happened to the G.B. Church markers?
We sat a the coordinates 48º 43.323' N, 123º 21.339' W
But once in the water couldn't find it?

Jason

I did a dive there about 3 weeks ago and the buoy was still there. It is possible with all the wonderful weather we had lately that the buoy broke away.

Yeah...seems strange Jason, like you said we were right at the coordinates and my chart-plotter had it marked at the same location but there were no mooring buoys.

We found it on Sunday using the sounder but the buoy is being replaced this week by Erin of ogden point. The first marker tore loose in january so hopefully both will be replaced. Vis was 5' at best however so you didn't miss anything!

thanks SD.
Ya Vis was about that on Saturday, but would have been nice to find it. Oh well we had a nice sandy bottom swim. LOL
We did go to Tilly point after and had a great dive
