Any reason why you need 4 ports? Most first stages have 2 hp ports, which seems plenty (at least for my setup).

I need 3 ports, and they need to all be one one side of the 1st stage, (left side in my case). I'm trying to leave the right side HP port unused to facilitate unobstructed tank valve knob access.

Now that I've got this one reg set newly modified, I'll let it sit for a few days to see if I develop any other better ideas, then if satisfied it still makes sense, I'll convert a few more regs sets over to the new layout in the weeks to come.

what do you need 3 for?

Would be nice to have my SPG route down my left AND have the tank transmitter on the left too. Not sure why more than two ports are required though...?

That adapter looks like it would result in HP hoses/transmitters pointing forwards/backwards/up/down, instead of out to the side. Hard to imagine being happy with that. Best case seems to be turning the 1st stage on its side and having 2 pointing forward at 45 degree angles and two pointing backward at 45s. But, if the threading did not work out in your favor, you could have 1 pointing straight forward into the back of your head and one pointing straight back. The other two pointing either right and left or up and down, depending on how you orient the 1st stage.

I hope the OP will post a picture of his setup with this item in place. I am also curious.

If Piranha is selling it, one would assume that there is a specific demand for such a device. I wonder what that is?

Also love the straight from China descriptor:

"*This has 1 make high pressure fitting 7/16-20"

I would use it on a test reg to check multiple SPG at once.

4 SPGs at a time? I guess so...

An old first stage could do two and you still need a first stage anyway :(

I'm also using these 90 degree HP 'swivel' adapters:
