I take it you're a vegetarian... which is fine...

but do you have any leather on any of your shoes or belts? it came from somewhere also.

We don't boil Florida lobsters alive. We rip them in half, and stick an antenna up their anus backwards to rip the guts out while they're alive, but they're usually long dead before they go into the pot.

that's pretty much how I've always known it to have been done.

don't forget the butter...
 
Some people does boil Florida lobsters alive, and shovelnose lobsters alive, and blue crabs alive, and other color crabs alive. Now when it comes to live lyon's paw, live scalops and other live shell-creatures, steaming them tends to hold the flavour a lot better.

Also left over lobster is great the following day on either tacos or omellets.

Blue crabs should be steamed alive, not boiled.

no thanks. i enjoy eating meat and fish. my body was built for it.

grilled is the way to go for me when it comes to lobster tails.
