Connection between Cebu and Borneo???

This summer I am thinking about jumping from Cebu to Sipadan, but I cannot find any flights apart from doing Cebu-Singapore or Kuala Lumpur-Tawau.

¿Anybody knows any other way to arrive Borneo from Cebu or Manila?

malaysia air does direct manila to kota kinabalu. I am pretty sure Air Asia does as well

I've done Kota Kinabaru - Cebu with Malaysia Airlines long time ago. don't know if they still flying though...
