I have an Oceanic Pro Plus computer and was wondering about some options to carry it in a reasonably streamlined configuration. I was going to tie a stainless boltsnap to it with #36 mason's line and clip it to my shoulder D ring.

Drawbacks to this vs using something like the XS Scuba retractor?

What about using some 1/8" bungee in between the boltsnap and D-Ring?

Any other ideas?

Thanks!

IMHO, retractors suck! SS boltsnap on computer, clip computer to lower right side waist BCD D-ring.
