This might not need saying, but there is a difference between a harness break and an adjustable harness with dingly danglies. My harness has a break, but nothing dangles. The break isn't required most of the time, but it's nice to have sometimes.

I like this regulator setup and going to give it a try. I purchased the swivel for my 40-inch hose today.
What is the thickness of the farmer john that the older gentleman is wearing? That is old school cool.

What's a "Florida rigged"?
@Nemrod I tried the "Florida rigged" configuration with 40-inch hose and swivel on my primary donate. The setup works very well. Sometimes when I turn my head to the right the hose bumps into my bicep and torques the regulator in my mouth some. It's a very minor problem, though. An open water long hose, donate primary regulator configuration borrowed from Hogarthian cave/tech but with a 40 inches hose instead of a 72 inches hose and ran under the arm with a swivel for the primary second stage. Also referred to as an open water streamlined rig. The secondary is usually a similar second stage on a short hose, necklaced but taken to extreme is what you see in my post.

On your setup, how long is the hose for your regulator on the necklace?
I have some pics showing me diving with the Florida rig. I visited Phuket, Thailand a few weeks ago and dived in the South Andaman Sea east of Phuket and then did a liveaboard to dive the Similan Islands and Richilieu Rock to the west of Phuket. The pics shown here are from South Andaman Sea. The DM was pretty zealous about snapping pics of all the divers and gave us the images after the dives.I use a 22 inches hose for the secondary necklaced regulator. Some (bigger) people find a 24 inches hose more comfortable. You want to keep that hose loop in tight, not hanging out over your shoulder. Whatever does that without being overly restrictive.
