Hello,

Can anyone recommend a good, competent Scuba Pro repair tech? Competency is desired above certification.

It's a bit of a ride for you but without a doubt, United Divers in Somerville MA. They do excellent work.
 
Northeast Scuba in Chelmsford also does good work. But again that's a long way.
