A diver from our boat surfaced in serious trouble Saturday, and out of reach for our safety lines. We couldn't get to him without abandoning divers still under, but their boat - just arriving with their own divers quickly retrived him for immediately emergency care and quick transport to shore for tranfer to EMS.

The diver was revied without chamber treatment, and was healthy enough within hours to argue about not staying the night. Close call that could have ended worse.
