I can only find one thread quoting free flow problems with early AIR2's
It looks like the diver who had the problem had the AIR2 serviced and they set it up wrongly as it had not had a freeflow problem before it was serviced and did afterwards. Then the LDS would not repair it, well then why did they service it in the first place. Sounds like a dodgy shop to me.
Others reported that early AIR2 were sensitive to setup but once they were working they were fine.
No reports of later AIR2's having problems.
Only problem I have had with mine was a corroded preasure seat, my fault.
