I've dove it. It's a scuttled tug so it wouldn't be in any books. The fire boat and the North Shore off Saugatuck aren't in any books either. BTW, WMDC coordinates are correct.

Nothing wrong with tugs. The Tacoma in Chicago is a tug, often dived and well documented too.cobaltblue:
