Id say drysuit too. Membrane and vary undergarments.

My general feeling is if the water is cold enough to consider a 7mm semi dry then you should be in a drysuit. In other words, jump from 5mm to dry suit skipping the 7mm.

If the water is under 70F/20c im in a dry suit.
