If it had water in it that froze maybe. You can take cold water regs ice diving without a problem. Make sure you test it before going diving again as you should always do.

I left my regulator in my car in the freezing cold do I need to get serviced again?
Which regulator?

It is highly unlikely.
This regulator for example was still breathing and it is quite literally inside of a block of ice with internal temperatures far below freezing from adiabatic cooling.

I just got it serviced and forgot to take it out of the car, It is a cold water reg, but has not been used after the service a week ago. Thanks
