It does sound very minor and the primary said everything looks normal.
Some mornings I wake up and my right sinuses start out stuffed and I'm beginning to wonder if the left has developed a sensitivity issue due to compensating for the right's stuffiness overnight. It doesn't take long after being upright for both to clear, though the left is always more "open".
