Thanks everyone for the input...

...I decided to go with the Cobra. Everyone seems to really like this computer, and after looking at the manuals and playing a little, it's not that much more difficult.
Plus, the features outweigh the Aeris.
We shall see how it goes! We leave in about 16 hours for a week down in Cozumel. Just made all new purchases...the Seaquest Pro QD, Atomic B1 and the Cobra. I can't wait to use my new toys. No more renting!

Divin_in_Denver,

Well, you do not shop at the Goodwill, do you? Nice gear!(I am a little prejudiced because I have a Pro QD, too.)

And it is to use a phrase from my generation, "bitc*in'" to not have to use rental gear!

Have a great time in Cozumel--and, as I am prone to recommend--try dinner or lunch at the French Quarter and say hello to Mike Slaughter, the owner. He is an expat Cajun who loves to talk with fellow Americans....

Joewr...feeling the joy!
