A couple of weeks ago I was preparing for a trip to the Florida Key. As I was checking gear I attempted to charge my Cobalt computer but it would not hold a charge (I think I left it too low the past year as that I have been doing a lot of Tech Diving and have not used it). So I called Atomic and they connected me to Adan's voicemail since he was already on the line with another customer. I figured it would be a day or two before I heard back. Much to my great surprise Adan called me back within 20 minutes and what I figured was he lunch hour...and the customer service only got better from here.

We talked about what I had tried to do to charge the computer and what it's symptoms were. But more important to me I told him we had less than eight business days before I departed for the trip. Adan said to send it in to the factory it sounded like either a dead battery cell or it could be something different...it turned out to be the fuel gauge chip. I am sure with Adan's assistance, Atomic replaced the entire Cobalt computer and overnight expressed FedEx it to me. While there it nothing wrong with using my SPG, I much prefer the Cobalt and with MUCH THANKS to Adan I will be starting tomorrow.

Thank you again Adan for the great support...

A very happier diver...
