H2Andy:
say, you guys up north are sure hard up for fun times when some clay disks
get you all exited and stuff...

and the things don't even bite you or nothing...

:05:
YOU ARE UNINFORMED.. On one such dive not long ago, we nearly lost several divers. On the path to the river, one diver cought poison ivy, and another lost a contact lens. There was no out house to be found, and the lead man nearly suffered a severe case of the poop bends. This is serious business here! The Doria's "china fever" is small potatos compared to the connecticut river "clay disc conniptions"!!!

holy crap, man! retreat immediately!

What a neat find. Did you leave any for the rest of us? :D

Gidds I was joing about to ask the same question. Those were neat finds. I wish we had good river diving down here in Middletown since I'm a minute or 2 from the river. Our river is full of history and geology and its neat when you come across something like those disks. There still may be dug out canoes in our lakes from when Indians inhabited the area. They found one a while back.

Oh your map is on the way Gidds.

Thank you, I'm looking foward to receiving it :D
I'm interested in diving in the Connecticut River because I grew up snorkelling in it's Northern tributaries, I've worked on Atlantic salmon restoration in the watershed, and apparently there is cool stuff to find! :D

exceedingly funny, etc. etc.

if my left thumb wasn't three inches wide and purple, and my right thumb wasn't
black and blue with four puncture wounds, i'd really write a zinger comeback
