When I went out with Kona Honu Divers on the Manta Ray night dive the DM told us that if a Manta that shows up is an un-identified, and if you take a picture of it, you have the right to name the Manta. They had a catalog of pictures on the boat.

Doug, I think you should name each Manta you have a picture of.
