Christopher A. Archer
1966 - 2009
In loving memory
One of our own has fallen. On Saturday, July 18, 2009 Chris Archer lost his battle with brain cancer.
For the past two (2) years Chris has persevered with his fight against brain cancer undergoing 2 surgeries, radiation, chemotherapy and trial treatments. All the while, trying to live his life as normal as possible and enjoying each day with his son, Curran and wife Charlene.
It is now time to celebrate his life and remember all the wonderful experiences and the privilege of knowing him. If you were lucky enough to spend time with Chris, you will remember his dry sense of humor. Chris was dedicated to his family and profession. A true gentleman all around. His sense of caring was felt in each conversation. He was never too busy to listen.
The world is a better place for having Chris in it. We were lucky enough to work side by side with Chris for the past thirteen (13) years. We used to laugh that we would be old and gray and still be working together selling Bonaire. He really loved what he did and the people he got to do it with. Every partner he was able to work with, trip he got to take and trade show he would work hard all day and enjoy a nice dinner and drinks at his favorite restaurant. Chris prided himself in knowing the best restaurants at each show and making time to share it with his friends.
It is amazing how one person can really make a difference in so many ways! Now our world is missing a key component and a good friend! Chris would not want us to be sad but instead to take a moment and remember one funny experience that he shared with you and keep that as your memory of him! It is time to have one last laugh with Chris as we send him off on his next trip.
