I received this in an email this morning:
"It is with a heavy heart that I share with you a tribute to my dear friend Chris Searles who passed away recently:
I have known Chris Searles for over 30 years and over that time you begin to realize, what true friendships is all about. We started diving together and experienced many exciting adventures, from Egypt to the Bahamas. But the thing that made him the person that he was, is his commitment to the youth of this country. He was a DWP instructor, but most importantly, he was a Youth Diving With A Purpose, mentor and chaperone. He was the YDWP photographer on land and underwater for the entire 11 years of YDWP. He will truly be missed by me and all of the YDWP lives, that he touched.
