Chemicals in Elk River Stay Clear

Just read about a chemical spill in West Virginia contaminating the Elk River. They have advised locals not to drink, bath, brush teeth or wash clothes in the water. sounds bad!

If it is that bad maybe you should stay out of the water?

It affects 9 counties or Scott 100k people including the capital city of Chaliapin

Forgot to mention that depending on the quantity of material leaked this could affect the Ohio river since the elk empties into the kanawha river which in turn dumps into the Ohio
