As for the bolt snap, I would want that tied to the Goodman handle, not the light head itself. JMHO.

That's my thought, but I guess the DIR guys like it on the head's back... Supposedly it makes the head shine down while they work...

CNC prototype is in the HOUSE!!!
OK, guys, here is a prototype done for me by my CNC guy. Please let me know what you guys think... I think I like it and will become my "signature" look...


These will be hard coat anodized and awesome.

Use MIL-A-8625 Type III and you will have the best anodize there is for aluminum.

The plane type III anodize is Class 1 and will be a uniform middle grey color. Class 2 is dyed and the most common color is Black.

You can also have them powder coated over the anodize to any color you want. Just be carfull about your thread and ID/OD dimentions.
