Hi i will be in seattle in the coming month, and i have heard that seattle has way cheaper steel tanks than up in here canada. Anyone know any good shops i should check out.

Any of the shops already mentioned can help you. There's also my favorite, Scuba Sports in Kent (one of the zillion suburbs of Seattle). If you think you'll be over on the west side of Puget Sound then Sound Dive in Bremerton is the place to go. When you find out more or less exactly where you'll be we can help you more specifically.
