Cheap red LED light? Nitecore? Fenix?

Anyone know of a cheap, reliable dive light with red LED? Doesn't need to be very strong, as I'd be using it strictly for night dives. Beam width doesn't matter much either. The Nitecore DL10 and Fenix SD20 seem to meet my specs, both feature-wise and price-wise (<$100). Anyone tried either of these? Other suggestions?
