Yeah, I personally experienced a stuck H SS inflator; it was a slow creep, took about 1 minute to fill the wing. Kicker was it was a post-recall model to begin with.

Maybe, some diving concepts (I think Apeks) inflator valves have a larger diameter hole in them. My wife has one and we can't get the valve off the suit nor replace the nipple because its a unique size. She hates the suit and rarely uses it anyway.
