Service back to normal?

i've flown through CEB twice this past week, even under construction it's not that bad. Way better than T4 and Ninoy :p

T1 and T4 should had been demolished and rebuild decades ago!
Cebu airport is operational but at a much reduced capacity.

I flew CEB-MNL just before Typhoon Rai (Odette), I'll report back if I notice any particular differences before/after.

Everything is going out of the international terminal right now, even for domestic. Everything is pretty sane there. I have a flight back up to manila this evening to go diving in Anilao this weekend so I'll snap some pics when I go through for check in.
