CebPac and PAL, is it ok to hand-carry dessicants and O-ring grease?

Heading to busuanga and I'm used to not checking in my stuff so i can arrive even 30 mins before my flight. But now im bringing my camera.
Is it okay to hand carry those Oring grease and dessicants? its such a waste if they confiscate it, 1 for strobe, 1 for housing that i only have used once. hehe

no problem with having all that in your hand carry luggage.

I carry two little tubs of the o-ring grease on every flight and it has never been an issue..

as long as the grease your using is not on a pressurized can
