Spoke with Scott today, April 6, 2017. Only commercial diving taught here, no recreational diving instruction currently (OW-OWSI). He said the website I was looking at was "old" (?). I called after leaving two voice messages at 1-888-974-2232 and two emails from the website divecda.com that haven't been answered.
