Catalina surf conditions

Do you guys use any specific website to see what forecasted surf conditions will be on Catalina?

The wife and I are heading over to the Avalon dive park tomorrow. I know it is relatively calm there, but I like to check.

The dive park is on the leeward side of the island where surf is rarely an issue except during NE or E winds. You do have to watch out for the occasional boat wakes though!

Here's the one I use for boating to and from Catalina - I've found it to be relatively on target.
