Hello all,

I went diving again last Sunday and shot some more California video. The vis was poor due to the crappy ocean conditions we have been having for some time. I miss the days of 60+ foot vis :(

Lots of ocean life out on Sunday. Lots of baitfish, tons of Garibaldi, Big Rockfish, Sheepshead and many species of baby fish. We even saw a Finback Whale on the surface when we left the island that got pretty close to our boat.

The most amazing thing we found underwater was all the Moray's and Octopus. I saw (and filmed) more Moray and Octopus on this day, than in my entire 5 years of Calfornia diving. The last Octopus shot in this vide came out great (I posted just the Octopus footage a few days ago in higher quality).

Here is the video. 30mb WMV

Enjoy,
MikeT
