Catalina Express Unscheduled schedule change 3/8

We got to the San pedro terminal today at 8:30 planning to take the 8:50 boat. When we went to buy tickets they informed us that they had changed that boat to leave at 8:30 and the next available boat was 12. They didn't give us any explenation as to why they would change the boat schedule other than, it was busy due to the Long beach terminal being closed. I also couldn't find any evidence on their site in agreement with an 8:30 boat.

The moral of the story? Make a reservation! This was my first time I went down without making reservations because when I called the guy told me the loads were light and it would be easy to just buy at the counter. oops. Lesson learned!

Not anymore he got a Mazda 6 wagon that's our new dive vehicle we're giving the truck a rest & he sold the Miata. So no it wasn't us in Laguna today.
