You might get a faster response calling local dive shops. I see Ocean Pro, Ocean Quest, and Sea and Dive with a quick google search, there are probably others. It looks like there may be some charter operators as well. Often they will do salvage work. Depending on depth and visability, along with how close you can get to where it was lost, a salvage diver may be the best.

Another thought would be a volunteer emergency response Dive Team. Dive shops should be able to provide contacts if any exist up there. We do monthly evidence searches in similar scenarios.
