Looking for a carry on bag that can handle a bc (balance), regs, computer, mask, but not fins. I recall seeing a post about something along those lines but can't locate it.

If you're talking about a flight carry-on, the only one I've seen that will take a BC and still be small enough to meet airline requirements is a Cobra bag, they're sold on eBay. It's a struggle to stuff your BC in though.

If you want a boat carry-on, I have this one by Tilos. It folds to 8x8x4 for transport yet carries all my gear on the boat. Nice bag, it has backpack straps and a small pocket.
