The one thing I thought was the coolest was the wall diving off of San Salvador Island. I saw 3 hammerheads cruising along the walls, there. That was the first time I had ever seen a hammerhead or any shark, fully in the wild before (been on shark feeding dives). We had a father/ son team who saw & filmed dozens of them! If you get a chance to check out the "North Pole", it's really cool. It is a large vertical swim through (like a chimney- hence the name "North Pole"). It starts at on the top of the reef at about 70ft drops down to about 100ft where it splits open on the side & you can swim out. The shaft & split goes to about 150ft deep total. Also at a dive site called "Telephone Pole" there is a memorial in the sand (about 30ft) dedicated to the landing of Christopher Columbus. That's kind of neat to see. when I went last spring there seemed to be lots of reef fish & such to see. Hopefully you'll see as much or more.

By the way, last week was my turn to catch the flu. I'm just now starting to get my voice back after having laryngitis for a week.

I can relate to getting short...25 days

you want short? try 9 days....lol this is apparently the slowest two weeks of my life...

By the time I got over the flu and the resperatory stuff it took about a month. My 13 year old is already packing. I started making posters for him every 10 days at 100 days to go. They are all taped to his wall in his room It's pretty cool. Its going to be really neet seing my boys faces after a year of diving in fresh water. They have no idea how much different warm clear salt water diving is.

If you are going on the cexI we will probably pass you in the airport.

actually no, I am going on the Juliet in Turks and Caicos, but I just had to share...lol

Your boys are going to just love it. Not to mention it will be nice to get away from just lovely winter the midwest has had this year.

Have a great trip, and make sure you write a review when you get back. You will all have a complete blast. I just love liveaboard diving.

Between the weather and all the Viruses that are going around it will be nice to get away. I'v heard some really good things about the Juliet have a great time...

It was SO much easier when there were multiple weeks, with only one week to go, I am getting impatient <considers going into high gear whine mood>

Hey wait a sec, I just realised, I didn't get a poster every ten days.... oh man this sucks
