I've used a CF H plate back and forth between double 130s and a GUEJJ ccr setup for almost 2 years without issue. I've also tossed it repeatedly into a pile of gear without any problems. It is not treated any different than my steel or aluminum plates. Several friends have used them too with big steel doubles without issue. They have proven to be very tough.
