Ok, This is what I came up with so far. I'm not real happy because the tank valves are right where
the main part of the storage is. Oh well,I will tweak it some more.

This is a 4 tank and if you fold on top it will do three for more room, cheap and easy, I use on RIB no slide and use from 1 to 4 tanks.
