I will echo several comments already offered..
Chris Olson and Chris Ranney are both great guys at Sea Sports. I haven't bought ay gear from the shop, but have been diving both both of these guys and would recommend either of them highly as instructors. Both are patient and also have a great sense of humor.
Mike Walls at the Dive Locker is also an incredibly helpful, nice guy. He is a straight shooter vs. trying to sell you crap you don't need. No experience with him as an instructor.
Bottom line -- 2 good options at locations that are easily reachable from any area of the Cape.
