Can't upload a (relatively) small jpeg

File is < 4 Mb, The upload dialog says anything under 48 M, has something changed??

I have the same issue right now, tried multiple files all under 4 MB but keep getting a "file too large for server to process" error.

The only one I was able to post successfully was resized to a "thumbnail/avatar"...
