Can't get the valves off my steel tanks

I got a couple older steel 72’s from a co worker, they had tapered threads and the shop I use refused to fill them. Even though every cylinder in storage bank has a tapered threaded valve but that’s a different story.
I had to wedge them between a curb and my car to get the valves off. I made furniture pieces out of the tanks.

Well with some rain washing down some leaves and curbing your wheels they don't get used for much else
