Hi

I have a Legria HF200 which I've been using happily on land for a while and now want to take it underwater. On this forum, and others, I see frequent references to an Underwater Mode, seemingly activated in the 'special scenes' section of exposure / shutter speed preferences. Only I can't find it. It's not mentioned in the Instruction Manual. I called Canon support - they don't know. How do you turn on the UW Mode? Do I need a firmware upgrade?

This will affect which housing I get. If there's no mode I'll go for the Ikelite so I can set WB underwater, if there is an UW mode I'll settle for the simpler Canon housing - which is about £250 gbp cheaper.

Any thoughts welcome. Thanks

Thanks for the link. I'm getting stuck halfway down the instructions (joystick right to icon of photo) - but this is a good start, at least there's hope.
