Can someone describe the best way to heat sink and wire 3 ssc p7 lights in a triangular confiuration in a maglite sized package.

Can I ask why you chose to use 3 P7's?
Best way to heat sink them is to a decent sized piece of copper or aluminium that makes as much contact to the body of the mag as possible.
Best way to wire it is totally dependant on the driver and battery voltage.
