Wow, a sailfish! I thought they were more open water type fish. That is amazing! Looks like you saw some very cool stuff despite the viz not being ideal. That wreck looks awesome...I would have been able to dive that last November had the weather cooperated. Hopefully this year it will work out. That is also awesome that your bride allowed you to take a day out of your honeymoon to dive. You picked a good one!
 
There are a lot of sailfish around Isla Mujeres. They have a trip that they make once a year where they place out a bait ball and dive will the sailfish are grouping. It is some high dollar trip with a world famous photographer. I think it is a rare occasion that Jay experienced.

My son and Ben last year told me they saw a mola mola down there. Isidro (Ben's boat captain) told me they used to be very plentiful down there prior to the big development of the area.

Just goes to show you that there are plenty of surprises in Cancun. Here's wishing you a great marriage and a keeper of a wife!
