Our government has recommended to AVOID ALL CRUISE SHIP TRAVEL due to Coronavirus. This announcement will allow cancellation insurance to kick in and cover any cruise ship travel any Canadians might have (if you bought cancellation insurance). Not sure if it applies to liveaboards but I suspect it may. Probably should check your policy wording.

My 2 cents: cruisers, just don't go now. So not worth it.
 
Policy wording is the KEY.
All those travel warnings, in what ever colour/scale, will have no meaning unless it is an all out BAN.
