Im in the market for an 85 lp steele and was wondering if there were tanks out there that wouldn't break me. They dont have to be worthingtons either. Im just looking for tanks that will do the job in the frigid Cal. waters. Any pointers would be much appreciated. :D

.....I'm assuming by "break you" you mean price ? I believe there are only 2 steel tank suppliers in the US now...Worthington and Faber...and prices have increased in recent years due to higher steel/energy prices...so you don't have a lot of choices of manufacturers. Check out your local area dive shops for sales, especially on used tanks, otherwise, of course, there's Ebay and the various WWW sources (like Scubatoys here in Dallas.)
