The Yongala is on my bucket list and has been since I started diving. I know people who have dived the Yongala but I haven't had the pleasure yet. The reports I have had from people I know and trust who have dived it I would urge caution. I will honestly admit I in no way had the skills to take on that dive until I got into the triple figures on my dive count and I was smart enough to recognize it. The dive can be anything from pretty benign to extremely challenging. Patience is a good virtue when it comes to diving. There are a lot of sites with heaps of fishlife and growth in more benign sites. I would suggest you build up some bottom hours then take AOW before doing the dive.
