Looks interesting, but not someplace I would travel to dive at. If you built it it would be full of tourists and have no authenticity. The world doesn't need another amusement park.

lol. LAN party topic edit! There are a lot of over head structures and pointy lower objects I do not feel I have the skill and need to level up in order to successfully maneuver while still not understanding my target until it’s too late and I need to surface.

My guess is an underwater cemetery. Maybe New Orleans in 100 years.
I think that is the Neptune Memorial reef in Miami, FL.
I've never dived it, but it looks like photos I've seen of it.
Yes, it is a shallow dive, and a few local dive boats head out there on a regular basis.
